Assistant Cook (NOC63200)

• Making pizza dough and pizza sauce.

• Preparing dough balls.

• Cutting pizza toppings, such as tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.

• Cooking pizzas; monitoring the temperature of the pizza oven as well as the cooking times.

• Breading and cooking wings.

• Preparing and marinating our main chicken topping.

• Assisting the manager/chef.

• Monitoring inventories.

• Placing orders for more supplies as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, and Other Requirements:

2 or more years of relevant work experience.

Completion of secondary school (high school) is preferred.
