Our Service Delivery Model: Train-the-Trainer
At the heart of YESNet’s approach is our “train-the-trainer” model. We empower partner organizations by equipping their staff with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to educate clients effectively. This model ensures a sustainable impact, as trusted, trained leaders will continue to foster learning within their communities.
The curriculum features eight engaging modules designed for individuals interested in building and sustaining their own businesses. It’s fully customizable, allowing easy adjustments or removal of modules to meet specific needs. Each module includes resources for a dynamic learning experience:

To support our mission and your success, we offer a collection of free tools and resources for Employment Specialists who are looking to expand their programming and adapt their practices to better serve individuals exploring entrepreneurship as a career option.
The new curriculum is now available for download for free across the country through the YESNet program. Each of the modules includes a facilitator’s guide, participant workbook and PowerPoint presentation. Covering topics such as: social media platforms for business and social media marketing, the opportunity identification process and mental health and self-care for entrepreneurs – an often overlooked but important aspect of entrepreneurship training.
