Career Discovery
Career Discovery is a program for individuals who are looking for help with their career path. The program provides participants with an opportunity to receive professional career testing that leads to additional skills training. Individual must be on social assistance and be referred by a TESS caseworker.

Career Opportunity
The Career Opportunity Program assists job ready individuals to find and maintain employment. Individual must be on social assistance and be referred by a TESS caseworker.
Services include:
- Job leads, job development and job matching
- Job fairs, hiring events, guest Speakers
- Computers, Internet, Telephone, Faxing, Photocopying
- Job Boards, Labour Market Information, Job Search Resources
- Individual career counselling and support
- A variety of interactive seminars and guest speakers
- Professional assistance with resumes and cover letters
- Interview training and mock interviews
