An excellent opportunity to grow your administrative skills and experience within a non profit organization.

Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant’s primary role is to support the office in all administrative matters. This position will be primarily responsible for the execution and coordination of an integrated data management strategy including a data clean-up project that the organization will be undertaking this year. This role may provide additional support to various programs and events provided by the organization to its membership base.
***This is a Full-time contract position until the end of March 2020***


- Strong Office Administrative skills
- Highly effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, passionate, structured  and diverse environment
- Detailed oriented
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Suite is vital
- Familiar and proficient with CRM system (desired)
- Training on membership database Membee will be provided

- Experience in an office setting desirable
