Description

The Marketing & Communications Manager works as an integral part of Hale Coffee Company to develop and execute marketing, PR, and communications strategies for Hale Coffee Company including the departments of Saving Mondays, Hale Wholesale, Hale Junction, and Hale SQ1. The main goal of this position is to promote brand and product awareness along with increasing audience engagement, leading to ultimately increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

" leading successful marketing campaigns for all four tenets of Hale Coffee Company, from ideation to execution, with the primary focus being lead generation for Hale Wholesale;

 

" Posting at least 3 times/week on social media platforms and responding to online customer inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe. All posts need to be reviewed and signed off by Ramzi Yanis 2 weeks in advance.

 

" analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns using metrics; creating valuable and engaging content for all relevant online platforms (visual and written);

 

" shadowing product development to keep up-to-date knowledge about Hale Coffee Co. products; development of seasonal marketing budgets and plans;

 

" preparing expense forms, processing invoices, and other administrative/budgetary documents related to marketing and communication initiatives as required;

 

" updating websites to maintain functionality, accuracy of content, and a fresh, organized appearance;

 

" determining the logistics required for, and overseeing tasks related to, the design, production and dissemination of marketing/communications material (including audio and video content);

 

" assisting Business Development in building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

 

" Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. Updating ownership & management on marketing campaigns and assisting management with the process of updating & training staff as needed;

 

" contracting and liaising with external designers and branding consultants as needed; acting as visual consultant and/or designer for brand packaging and signage;

 

" and other duties reasonably related to the successful growth of sales and client list.
