The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the Marketing
Department alongside the Senior Director, Marketing & Operational Excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, the Marketing Manager will ensure that the delegate and sponsorship marketing team exceeds the marketing targets and delivers an elevated value offering,
The Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth by improving processes and developing strategies in:
- Email database and campaign management
- New business acquisition
- Past client re-engagement
- Upsell campaigns
- Stakeholder engagement
- Social media campaigns
-The Marketing 365 initiative
- Content generation
- Analytics and reporting
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain a holistic understanding of all active campaigns in the current cycle
and ensure delegate and sponsorship targets are met across the department
-Inspire, motivate and guide all members of the Marketing department
- Work with the Senior Director to identify inter-departmental opportunities for
improvements in marketing outreach and sales acquisition
- Champion brand guidelines and ensure all external channels and
Communications are in-line with the brand tone, appearance etc.
-Work with the Marketing and Production team to more effectively generate and utilize  content
-Champion continuous improvements and marketing innovations
- Develop sustainable, scalable process improvements within the marketing
team and ensure the documentation and continued implementation of these processes
- Measure, analyze and report on marketing initiatives to the Senior Director and of Sales
- Drive the development of social campaigns, channels and engagement strategies
- Work with the Marketing team to generate deliverables to help drive new leads
and the conversion of leads already in the funnel
-Ensure the successful delivery of the Marketing 365 initiative
-Liaise with the Senior Director and the VP of sales to ensure that the marketing
outreach efforts are in-line with sales expectations
- Work with the HR and Recruitment team to effectively communicate the
Generis vision and brand both externally and internally
- Provide training and participate in interviews
- Provide support for other marketing and operations initiatives as necessary

Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
-4+ years' experience in digital marketing
-Experience managing people
-Ambition and a desire to grow within a company
-Demonstrated skills driving statistically significant results and exceeding targets
-Email marketing wizardry
-A depthful understanding of social media, content and SEO strategies
-A positive and solutions oriented attitude
-The ability to work well autonomously and with a team
-Strong research and comprehension skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects
-Technical writing skills and the ability to edit and proofread content for B2B audiences
-A desire to learn about new industries and businesses
-An aesthetic eye (the ability to generate visual content will be considered an asset
