Restaurant Management Director

3 year contract
12 months experience minumum
Fluent English
Microsoft Office 365 basic knowledge
Basic computer skills
Daily Operations Management: Plan and organise restaurant operations (scheduling, bar inventory, service coordination, reservations)
Customer Service: To ensure impeccable customer service (complaints management, providing professional and effecive feedback to staff)
Staff Management: To recruit, train staff and ensure that all have required experience/competences that meet the position’s standards
Payment To ensure all payments have been properly processed and balanced by the end of all shifts.
Reporting to authority: To report restaurant performance and sales. Identify and suggest improvements to optimize operations and staff management.
