Youth Employment Services is currently seeking Residential Cleaners on behalf of one of our employer partners.

The job requires you to clean houses, apartments and condos. All locations are TTC-accessible and all cleaning products are provided to you on site. You will typically work by yourself (no teams).

You must be comfortable working when there are homeowners/pets present.

The typical schedule is 5 days a week and 8 hour shifts where you will clean 1 home in the morning and 1 home in the afternoon. No evenings are required.

Wage: $15.00 plus Tips

Responsibilities:

• Dusting and polishing furniture
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and washing walls and windows
• Washing dishes
• Ironing, folding and making beds
• Removing garbage and recycling from centralized areas, and emptying garbage bins
• Cleaning washrooms
• Operating vacuum and walk-behind floor scrubbers
• Utilizing standardized cleaning agents
• Performing work in accordance with established safety requirements
• Sanitizing surfaces as per COVID-19 protocols
